- Develop project schedules based on approved project documents.
- Plan project phases from permitting to handover, including critical path analysis.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets based on BOQ and cost estimates.
- Create and update project cash flow forecasts in line with schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, site, and project teams to ensure accurate planning.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Understand construction processes, technical drawings, and project sequencing.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, budgets, and planning documentation.
