Job description for Project Operations Associate at Buymed

Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the office such as scheduling, filing, preparing materials and documentation, facilitating meetings, drafting meeting minutes, drafting, and tracking memos, ensuring that action items are followed-up, filing, and correspondence control
  • Support operational startup of projects through organizational background checks, drafting agreements, and other tasks
  • Assist with financial planning, management, and reconciliation, including payment packages for management review
  • Track contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with project and company policies, setting up systems for contract management
  • Assist with developing and implementing strategies and processes that maximize the productivity of the company’s employees and daily business functions
  • Set up systems for more efficient business development, and program delivery processes
  • Work closely with higher-level management to ensure that the activities of our organization are running efficiently
  • Support other operational and financial tasks, as needed
Requirements
  • Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills including taking initiative to address issues and anticipate needs
  • Candidate who has experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Presales,… is preferred
  • Candidates must be flexible and adaptable while maintaining excellent organizational and administrative skills in a high-energy, dynamic work environment
  • Candidates should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player who takes initiative to develop and implement efficient and effective administrative support systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and basic software packages
  • Superior computer skills and applied knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as email and internet applications. G-Mail and Google Applications experience is welcome
