Job description for Project Officer (Producer) at Production House Kita
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years experience as a producer (preferably in digital ads)
2. Creative thinking is a must
3. Able to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
4. Knowledge of field production techniques and standards
5. Time management and organizational skills in keeping projects running smoothly and not overspending
6. Flexible and willing to extend hours to finish deadlines
7. Ability to speak, read, and write in the English
Job Descriptions:
1. Communicate with the team to understand what they want out of a project, and help them get those ideas out in a workable way
2. Ensure video requirements are made as the planned and agreed timeline
3. Control production budget and plan
4. Do end-to-end video production, from pre-production to delivered.
