Job description for Project Manager at Pt Maika Akar Nusantara
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Supervise the creative team; oversee projects starting from pre-production until delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors if necessary for the flawless project execution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Clarify and translate briefs into asset breakdown to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, risks are mitigated, objectives are achieved within scope and budget.
- Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in management, communication, or marketing.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience as project manager or other related areas.
- Strong Project Management Skills (Budget, Timeline, Scope, Risk Management).
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of pre-post production process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills Quick thinking and accurate.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player.
