Job Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development projects.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, development, QA, infrastructure, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Track project budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
- Support change management activities and ensure proper handling of project scope changes.
- Resolve project-related issues and escalate critical risks when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
