We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to join our growing advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams (creative, media, strategy), and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related matters.
- Gather client feedback and incorporate it into project deliverables.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure that all team members are working towards a common goal.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all materials before delivery.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement best practices for project management within the agency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative work style.
