Job description for Project Manager (CEO Office) at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
THE POSITION
What you will do
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Project Manager. In general, you will be leading a team to achieve specific goals and objectives within a specified time frame, budget, and scope. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
- Responsible for the growth, stability, direction and daily operation of the business
- Identify problems, make decisions and interpret results based on quantitative techniques
- Develop disciplines of management by planning, strategy, organizing, staffing, leading, control and change
- Improve quality and productivity by streamlining systems and processes
- Create business plan that includes a description of the product or service, how to finance the business (loans, investors), deadlines for the business and the overall goal
Requirements and specifications
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
- Min. bachelor degree in business management, finance, economics or STEM fields from top local or overseas universities with strong record of academic results, Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus
- Min. 4-5 years of relevant work experience in high-growth startup or management consulting companies, multinational technology companies, investment banking, advisory services, or corporate strategy of top multinational companies
- A strong drive to make things happen, charismatic and has the ability to influence in a multicultural setting
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business target
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations
- Proven project management capability to drive complex and ambiguous projects from end-to-end
- A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and a strong drive to make things happen
- Has Certification in Project Management or Project Management Professional (PMP) is point plus.

Our short story
Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
