The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in planning and executing event production, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate for this position is highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and careful in conducting site checks and supervising event execution to delivering the best marketing service experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and develop event layouts.

• Brainstorm ideas with the team and assess feasibility for project proposals.

• Break down design elements, prepare cost estimates, and ensure profitability per company regulations.

• Select and recommend vendors for equipment supply, production, and installation.

• Work closely with the Account and Design teams to ensure timely and complete project execution.

• Plan and oversee the production and installation process for events.

• Manage progress, ensuring each component meets quality standards and deadlines.

Key Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in event production, activation, or marketing services.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, event setup, and vendor management.

• Ability to analyze designs, prepare cost estimates, and ensure profitability.

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.

• High attention to detail, ensuring quality and timely execution of projects.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant design/project management tools is a plus.
