We are currently looking for a Production Administrator to join our team at Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:
1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3/S1) in any field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, preferably in the bag manufacturing industry.
3. Good understanding of production flow.
4. Familiar with ERP system input and production data entry.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Able to manage production data, reports, and documentation accurately.
7. Able to coordinate with production team and related departments.
8. English communication skills (spoken and written) are an advantage.
As a Production Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
2. Input and update production data in the ERP system accurately.
3. Monitor daily production progress and report any issues.
4. Coordinate with production and related departments.
5. Support production planning and scheduling activities.
6. Ensure production documents are properly organized and updated.
