Job description for Product Trainee (Chinese Speaking) at AQUA Smart Home
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Budget Management & Internal Process:
- Record all related expenses in the department, including Sales Promotion, Marketing, Retail, Services and Logistic expense;
- Calculate & analyze Gross Margin, NGPs, P/L by model wise, channel wise & the whole department’s business;
- Working closely with related departments for all of internal process;
- Co-operate with cross-department to officially release the Monthly Sales Schemeand Price Policy (monthly & quarterly) to each channel (MT, GT & B2B).
2. OPSI (Order, Purchase, Sales & Inventory):
- Daily keep track of the stock availability to secure stock supply;
- Work closely with Warehouse and Logistics Dept to manage product supply, certificates for new product launching, customs clearance & duties;
- Allocate stock for each channel and each region, based on Sales Forecast and each channel's OPSI;
- Co-operate with Foreign Headquarters, Logistics Dept to demonstrate stock DIO, plan and make new POs imported into Vietnam;
- Manage incoming supply, forecast & inventory based on business goal− Directly executive and report under Head of Department's direction.
3. Sale support:
- Do sales report (SI and SO) and follow up the sales progress;
- Coordinator with other Department, and HQ to support sales (include B2C andB2B);
- All other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education background:
Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Languages/Business Administration/Economics or related major.
2. Working experience:
- No working experience is required;
- Having experience in related position is an advantage.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in Chinese and/or English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred) & data analysis;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Good negotiation and result oriented.
4. Others:
- Willing to learn and willing to do.
WORKING HOURS: Mondays - Fridays (8:30 - 17:30)
