Job description for Product Support Service at PT InMotion Inovasi Teknologi (InMotion)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Fresh graduated or 2 Years(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably male
- Have knowledge about Linux
- Willing to work shifting 24/7, including Saturday & Sunday
- Provide excellent response to all user requests that come from all communication media such as phone calls, email, or direct communication.
- Handling client complain.
- Logging the support calls.
- Conducting the general diagnostic and troubleshooting functions.
- Assisting in software maintenance.
- Communicating with other divisions to analyze the outstanding issue and provide solutions.
- Performing standard repairs.
- Analyzing the failures according to the established procedures and taking the appropriate action.
- Create weekly reports and summaries of outstanding issues for clients and management.
- Coordinating maintenance schedule to clients and related parties.
