Product Owner

Job description:

• Work directly with the CEO to define product strategy and development roadmap for AI Chatbot.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to build and execute the Product Marketing strategy.
• Analyze the market, research competitors, and collect customer feedback to guide product development.
• Create and manage the product backlog, define user stories, and provide detailed requirements for the development team.
• Work closely with the AI/ML team to optimize chatbot capabilities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience.
• Manage and coordinate sprints with the development team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor, evaluate product metrics, and propose improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for technology products, particularly in AI/ML products.
• Experience working with chatbots or conversational AI solutions is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate teams effectively.
