Job description for Product Owner - Payment at PT Aino Indonesia

Now we are looking for a Product Owner

Role Description
As a product Owner you will be responsible for scaling the Aino Payment Product and the growing needs of our client. You will work on improving customer engagement across mobile and desktop by driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with your engineers, analyst, business team, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products readiness and acceptance.

Qualifications
Experience at product management responsibilities
You will be the point person for an entire product area. You will be responsible for continually evolving and representing your defined strategies and initiatives
Good in Collaboration : Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams
You must have a thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bonus points if you’ve worked at a rapidly growing startup
Solid experience and knowledge about Payment Product end to end, such as run every aspect of your payments from start to finish  & payment processing.
Good knowledge of online and offline payment industry
Good skill in product management such as, product development lifecycle, understand about agile methodology and framworks, good understanding microservice architecture
Solid experience for large scale of team management
