Job description for PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER at AiSensum (PT Aisensum Bigdata Analytics)
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in product marketing for SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, and the software industry.
- Experience conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success.
- A results-driven attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Work closely with Business Directors to define and develop go-to-market strategies, including product launches, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Adtech and Martech SAAS market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create strategy to get ahead of companies similar to Aisensum’s SAAS product AdVize (e.g.: Revealbot, Albert.ai, Madgicx)
- Be able to implement strategies based on 3 core pillars (ICP: Identifying the Ideal customer profile, Product Manifesto: Play a pivotal role in preparing the product manifesto, Broadway Show: Be able to implement various marketing activities week on week aimed at the ICP)
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to create content that helps close deals and retain customers.
- Develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness and demand for the software products, including social media, email marketing, webinars, and other tactics. More details on this strategy, get it from TK Kader.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work with the product development team to understand the product roadmap and to ensure product positioning and messaging align with customer needs and the market.
- Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to continuously improve product and marketing strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer in product development discussions and help prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback.
