Job description for PRODUCT MANAGER at PT NFT Bangun Asia
With web3 being a dynamic ecosystem, we expect you to grow the product with the market, evolve & pivot the product, platform and its features in response to the market feedback. Your input will be highly visible and will determine the overall success of the initiative.
You will grow and lead the work of a cross functional team to be user focused, discovery led, and data driven. Part of the job will be driving our software product development from concept to launch: facilitating user research or experiments to validate hypotheses; aligning stakeholders on a shared vision tied to larger strategy; using metrics and feedback to drive development; inspiring cross-functional teams of analysts, designers, engineers, and marketers to address user problems; and shipping phenomenal user experiences.
Externally, you will drive the adoption of crypto-first product features, and work closely with various teams across the NFT and Web3 ecosystem. This will also involve researching user problems, staying ahead of market developments in the crypto space, and building relationships with key partners.
Experience creating delightful experiences for direct users, with extreme attention to details will be valuable for this role. We are looking for someone that has built meaningfully end-user experiences, focusing on growth and engagement
This job is responsible for leading team collaboration from product discovery (research, design) to product delivery (scrum sprints), including but not limited to:
1. research on NFT projects/Blockchain/Web3 projects across multiple L1 chains and L2 protocols
2. Identify market opportunities and establish product vision, strategy, roadmap and success metrics.
3. Creatively designing a solution experience, which would consist of a journey, system, and/or interface design, by incorporating research results, technical feasibility, and business viability;
4. Following up user’s problems based on inputs from first-hand research, or customer funnel and analytics, and customer complaints;
5. Validate a solution prototype and iterate design decisions directly through user testing, then evaluate launched solution with product analytics and user research;
6. Working with Stakeholder to prioritize product and customer opportunities, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Operations to ensure that the solution development is aligned to user needs and targeted business outcome;
7. Working closely with Designers, Development team, and Stakeholders to achieve Sprint transparency, Ready-ready defined backlog with clear Acceptance Criteria, thus producing Done-done backlog with quality delivery and deployment.
8. Maintains the competitiveness, and product-market-fit by defining key metrics to be achieved on each milestone of the road-map and responsible for the delivery of each matrix
9. Translate High-Level strategy into the executable product roadmap and ensure the delivery through effective communication and prioritization
10. Supports requests for proposals and presentations and ensures all relevant materials exist to support the growth of the product
11. Keep up-to-date with the web3/blockchain industry trends to allow for a state-of-the-art product and feature design.
12. Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of customer-centric products
Requirements
1. Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
2. Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years experiences in Product field;
3. Extensive experience leading, coordinating, and building software Both passion for and experience shipping delightful applications for end-users.
4. Experience in product management at a start-up company, with proven success in launching new products/features with clear impact.
5. In depth knowledge with Agile methodology and engineering specification details;
6. A keen eye for detail;
7. Evidence of strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
8. Common traits of a product innovator: user-empathy and front-line obsession, humility and teamwork, curiosity and analytical ability in digging and synthesising user needs, creative in ideation and solution design then its post-launch evaluation;
9. Experience, understanding, adaptability, and vocabulary necessary to work with engineers, business leaders, researchers, executives and other key partner roles;
10. Identify and evaluate new product features.
11. A self-starter who works well both collaboratively and as an individual contributor.
12. Excellent business acumen, customer-centric, team and results-oriented.
13. Have experience or knowledge in Web3/NFT/Blockchain industry.
14. Experience building and shipping applications or software of features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience within a large-scale, ambiguous domain.
15. Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
