Job description for Product Manager at Cynopsis Solutions Pte Ltd
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for software products built by Cynopsis
- Take a leading role in SPRINT planning and work with Tech Teams on ensuring the correct functionalities are built
- Work collaboratively with Client Management and Sales colleagues in addressing product related issues
- Participate in User Acceptance Test and provide findings
- Assist in outsourcing/due diligence queries
- Participate in product planning and execution
- Assist in projects and assignments as and when required
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Client Management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years relevant experience in an operational role with prior experience in product management a plus
- Degree/Diploma holder in any aspect
- Some knowledge in customer onboarding, know-your-customer or compliance work processes will be useful
- Excellent eye for details, meticulous and able to follow through tedious processes
- Essential to be a team player
- Strong analytical mind-set and “think-out-of-the-box”
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
