Job Descriptions:
Leading ideation, research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers & industry / technologies trends to generate ideas and insights
Understand customer’s insight through data-driven and interaction to ensure best customer experiences
Accountability of product roadmap, prioritization and oversee overall product development process and execution including but not limited to cascade down detailed features, requirements and prototypes
Collaborates closely with cross-functional team (Business, Product, Design, Data, Engineering, Marketing, etc) to define prioritize roadmap and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality and performance
Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet product goals
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and branding
Job Requirements:
Having 2-5 years working experiences in Product management or Management Consulting from a top Tech Company.
Bachelor degree with Computer Science/ Statistic / Industrial / Product / Management or related education background is preferable, MBA is a plus
Proven ability to develop product strategies, effectively communicate recommendations to executive management and easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
Passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
A strong drive to make things happen! Can do attitude!
Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and agile product development process
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
