· Build the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for product area (Software Engineering and Event Program)
· Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, create specifications, wireframes and workflows
· Define clear and well-scoped requirement of documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
· Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems, and identify and iterate on solutions
· Define, track, and analyze key metrics to drive product growth
· Strong analytical / quantitative and problem-solving skills
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. IT/Statistic/Industrial/Product/Management education background is preferable.
· Min. 2-3 years of working experience in Product Management or Management Consulting will be a plus.
· Good communication skill, written and spoken (both in Bahasa and English) and are a confident communicator.
· Have strong analytical skills with an emphasis on product development.
· Proven ability to develop the product, Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet deadlines
· Passionate about customers or audiences
· Have the ability to work with agile and are excited about identifying new ways to help all teams effectively.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
· Analytical and data-driven, love to dig into the data to understand what is happening and define & measure success on every project.
· Strong business acumen with an understanding of the marketing, product, decision support models, and operations that drive customer experience.
