Job description for Product Manager at Astra Financial
- Entrepreneurial, curious and highly proactive behaviors are essential
- Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions
- Able to run lean experiments in market to burn down risks before building
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
- Establish Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate product market fit and track product usage and growth
