Responsibilities
- Play a lead role in product management
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with marketing and operation team
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Key Skills
- 5+ years of technology-related product management experience
- Knowledge of Data products, data journey, data ecosystem and market trends is highly desirable
- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution, comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to analyse what’s happening and define and measure success on every project
- Demonstrated success in delivering compelling products in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
- Possess an owner’s mindset
- Be customer-centric focused, team and results-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
