Job Responsibilities
- Research market trends, materials, and product innovations.
- Develop new footwear products from concept to sample.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and QC teams during product development.
- Evaluate prototypes and recommend product improvements.
- Prepare product development documentation and technical specifications.
- Ensure product development is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D or Product Development (footwear/fashion preferred).
- Strong understanding of footwear materials and manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team.
