Sodexo Indonesia is a Facility Management and Food Service provider company.
Job description :
● Work closely with Site manager and track actual daily / weekly purchase cost and ensure the spend is within the budget and forecast set.
● Keep proper documentation and filing system
● Coordination of purchase orders from kitchen and MK for requisition
● Create purchase requisition from system
● Check stock availability and PO validity with vendor upon purchase
● Coordination and Delivery arrangement and coordination with warehouse for arrangement.
● To monitor back orders status, follow up with vendor on ETA dates and to arrange delivery
Create, track and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt (GRs), including follow-up on approvals
Requirements:
Male/Female
Min. Bachelor degree all major
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same
position
Fluent English Must
Understand compare, evaluate, and negotiate offers from supplier
Maintaining purchase records and supplier records, do assessment and evaluation for suppliers periodically
Honest, disciplined, clean and tidy appearance
Ready to join ASAP
Willing to take training from Sodexo
