Job description for PR & MARKETING EXECUTIVE at Unit Technology Corporation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual social media plans and execute quarterly and monthly activities for local and international markets.
- Create engaging content in Vietnamese and English, and manage the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels.
- Develop creative ideas and scripts for short-form videos on TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.
- Execute SEO and digital advertising activities to increase brand awareness, reach target audiences, and generate B2B leads.
- Create basic visual assets, social media graphics, banners, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements to content, budget allocation, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role; B2B or IT industry experience is an advantage.
- Good Vietnamese and English writing skills, with the ability to create content for international audiences.
- Hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong communication, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple marketing activities independently
