Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Administration, Law, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  2. Proficient in English, especially in written communication.
  3. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  4. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  5. Experience in tenders, project management, or related roles is a plus.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the tender process, from document preparation to result evaluation.
  2. Ensure projects run according to targets through cross-team coordination.
  3. Monitor and manage the company's OKR (Objectives & Key Results) achievements.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulations and tender procedures, including e-Procurement and LPSE.
  5. Analyze project data and provide reports and improvement recommendations.
  6. Monitor tender information through e-Procurement and LPSE platforms.
