Job description for PMI EXECUTIVE (PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE) at Lazada

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

The Performance Management (PMI) team is in charge of developing, executing, managing and reporting the right Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and work hand in hand with other functions within Lazada Logistics to ensure the suitability, compliance of these KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure that the requirements above are met, provide input to other functions, identify potential improvement points and lead a team.
The successful candidate should also have a broad understanding of macroeconomic indicators and its effect on Lazada operations.
• Daily/Weekly/monthly performance analysis to monitor the performance of business, to locate risk and to discover potential business opportunities.
• Facilitates leaderships meetings, prepare reports and analysis for management review
• Facilitates planning cycles such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost modelling by supervising the operational drivers movement and external factors
• Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
• Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth.
• Participates in projects and ensure strict adherence to project in terms of timeline and visibility to management team.
• Design business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, business
• Experienced in business performance analysis reporting, data analysis, with independent thoughts and insight.
• Preferable industry: e-commerce, logistics, supply chain with functions of Warehouse and/or Fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Ability to perceive opportunities from big data
• Solid data analytics skills and knowledge: Microsoft Excel is a must and SQL is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results and detail orientated with a strong emphasis on problem solving
