Minimum S1 / Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Communication or Journalism.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in photography and videography, including studio photography, photo editing for social media and events.
Have excellent technical and video skills, such as fundamental skills of capturing light, moment and composition for photos.
Converting skills from photos to film.
Good eye for texture, space, design, and colour balance
Well-versed in still, motion, colour, and B&W photography
Highly creative with photos and videos.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to establish good links with students, parents, staff and visitors
Good proficiency in English
Good level of computer literacy with good facility in using Microsoft Office and Google Suites, as well as application softwares used for editing photos and videos
Ability to maintain productive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive
Comfortable working with different personalities, new people and subject matter expert

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Determine on-the-ground strategy for planning, sourcing, production, post-production, optimization, and management of visual content
Working together with the Creative Designers and the Marketing & Communications Assistant Manager to setup implementable guidelines for photos, videos, and other visual content
Produce high quality photos/visual assets and curate these assets accordingly so that assets meet content requirements
Create, post-process, and optimise in-house photos, videos, and other visual content.
Plan and present photography, video, and other visual content production,
Employ a variety of specialised photographic materials and techniques.
Operate, maintain, and set up all photography, video, audio and lighting equipment.
Review sets of photographs for selected post in social and digital media.
Work closely with Creative team in setting up overall tone, style, and other standards of visual content
To be familiar with, and uphold all, Safeguarding policies and Child Protection and Responsible Use of Data policies and procedures within the school.
In liaison with the Line Manager, take responsibility for upholding Health and Safety practice within your own working area and be responsible for completing risk assessments/near misses as appropriate.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as advised by the Line Manager or the Head of Department.
