Responsibilities:
Creator Recruitment & Outreach: Identify and recruit relevant content creators across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs) based on their audience, content style, and alignment with our brand values.
Onboarding & Training: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new creators, providing them with the necessary resources, guidelines, and training on our products, brand messaging, and content best practices.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, acting as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and feedback.
Content Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that leverage PGC to achieve specific marketing goals. This includes brainstorming content ideas, setting performance goals, and defining target audiences.
Content Review & Approval: Review and approve content created by PGC partners, ensuring it meets our brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of PGC campaigns, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Use data insights to optimize future campaigns and identify top-performing creators.
Community Building: Foster a sense of community among our PGC partners, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for PGC activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
Staying Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest trends in social media, content marketing, and PGC, and proactively identify new opportunities for leveraging creator content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify and recruit high-quality content creators.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and authentic content.
Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in either Mandarin Chinese or English is preferred.
