Personal Assistant with Educational Experience Background
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a background in education. This role supports our executive team and educational operations, helping with scheduling, communications, event planning, and administrative tasks, while contributing your educational expertise to enhance learning strategies and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
Assist with budgeting, planning, and public speaking preparations
Prepare and edit reports, educational content, and presentations
Coordinate workshops, internal training, and educational events
Research and compile data for educational projects and initiatives
Liaise with schools, clients, and external partners
Provide general administrative support focused on educational operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with curriculum development or educational methodology is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience in an educational or academic setting
Knowledge of learning platforms or EdTech tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
