Job description for Personal Assistant to Tiktok Content Creator at PT Artha Valas Indo

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to Content Creator in Financial Topics to join our team! You will be the one to organize and maintain my schedule and assist me by performing a variety of administrative tasks especially in content creation.
The PA must be quick professionals with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities. Also, we are looking for a talented individual to lead content creation. As a content creator assistant, you will develop a personal branding content strategy for my social media performance. You will be able to explore your strengths, propose ideas, and make your own designs.
These Are the Key Responsibilities
· Maintain Director's agenda and assisted in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc
· Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence regarding endorsement / collaboration (e-mail and whatsapp.)
· To handle and maintain professional relationships with key and potential business partners
· Maintain Director's personal needs and agenda
· To handle Director's social media (IG reels, Youtube Shorts, and Tiktok)
· Build and maintain engagement across every managed social media
· Understand the aesthetics of attractive Photos, Videos, and Designs
· Create captions and research hashtags that match the content created
· Scriptwriting and Video Taking and Editing for the Director Tiktok Content
Selection Criteria
· Bachelor's Degree in secretary / business administration / Design / Communication
· Confidence and Good Looking
· Creative and Unique
· Minimum 1 years of experience as content creator / tiktoker / video editor / Influencer or social media related role
· Able to use video editing software for TikTok and IG Reels content creation
· Actively manage Social Media content (daily posts) (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
· Create a monthly content planner (understand about financial content)
· Copywriting and Content Research
· Up-to-date with Social Media trends is a must
· In-depth knowledge of office management and basic social media
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
· Integrity and confidentiality
· Able to work under tight deadlines
NB:
- Flexible Working Hours ( 3-4 Hours a day )
- Base Salary + Bonus
- Age range between 17-28
- Up to date with the trending technology news
- Please provide the link of owned social media accounts(instagram, tiktok, etc)and portfolios in CV / Resume , tiktok influencer with owned social account is a plus. KOL/content creator resources is a plus.
