The candidate will be responsible for A to Z performance marketing, including campaign strategy, execution, budget management and performance reporting across a number of channels. Predominantly Google Ads and Facebook
Including but not limited to: Display, Social, Search (SEM/ SEO), Affiliate, eDM and website analytics at advanced level with fast speed.
Daily Account Reviews of campaigns, keywords, audiences, impressions share, ad copy, ad creative, quality score, and other important account metrics
Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
Stay on top of performance marketing (search engine and PPC) industry trends
Ideally 2-3 years of working experience
Good english communication skills written and verbal
Professional reporting
Substantial experience in performance marketing (PPC) and the ability to demonstrate this with key milestones achieved
Knows well about analytics & real-time insights (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Trends, etc.)
Experience in international markets is preferred (particularly Australia)
Experience working with a range of budgets and ability to demonstrate the results
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business
Functional experience with all channels of Social Media
Ability to identify new opportunities and strategies
Work cohesively with SEO team and strategy
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify is plus
Understanding of digital marketing with strong analytical skills and data-driven, critical thinking.
Understanding of tracking conversions, pixel, GTM
Research and problem solving skills
Excellent eye for detail
Must be self-motivated and capable of working alone and with a team
