Job description for Performance Marketing Analyst at ilmuOne Data
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- ROI Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Utilize test results to inform campaign optimization.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders. Identify and communicate key insights from the data.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Keyword and Audience Research: Perform keyword research and audience analysis to inform ad targeting and content strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and achieve campaign objectives.

- You have sufficient Domain Knowledge if you fulfill at least 3 out of the 5 requirements below:
- Understanding of using analytics tools. (Google Analytics, Appsflyer)
- Understanding of performance marketing and its platforms. (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic)
- Understanding of statistical concepts.
- Data visualization and relevant tools. (Tableau, Google Data studio, Microsoft Power BI)
- SQL, preferably BigQuery SQL.
