Job description for Performance Management Specialist at Edenfarm
- Work directly with leaders to support the development, implementation and evaluation of performance indicator that focused on business objectives
- Deliver performance indicators to employee and monitor employee performance
- Implementing the quarter and annual performance management process to ensure that the employees’ level of performance meet current and future standards through goal setting and objectives
- Managing and maintaining performance management data as well as providing comprehensive performance management report
- Min. Bachelor's degree from Psychology or related field
- Have min. 2 year experiences with performance management system
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tools
- Have a deep understanding of Balance Score Card
- High level of precision and attention to detail
- Proactive and having good analytical thinking
- Willing to work in our Head Office (Lippo St.Moritz Tower, West Jakarta) with hybrid working system
