- 對人有高度好奇心，利用各種渠道開發及篩選出合適人選
- 根據企業招募需求，安排有效面談及推薦人選
- 關注市場動態，分析市場脈動，與客戶進行市場趨勢匯報及討論
- 長期經營及維護客戶與候選人之間的合作關係
- 對於自我職涯及年薪有明確目標，希望能獲得更好的薪資及發展
【招募條件】
- 大學或碩士畢業
- 英文-聽/說/讀/寫-TOEIC 650以上
- 具備良好溝通協調及處理突發狀況的能力
- 個性正面積極、能適應快節奏及具目標導向的工作環境
這份工作需要與產業中頂尖的人才面談及溝通，了解他們的需求與未來目標。
也需要與公司內部高層、人資主管、總經理等會談，找尋適合企業的人才。
