Job description for People Organization Development at Remboelan Restaurant

About the role

People & Organizational Development Staff is responsible for designing and implementing programs that improve organizational effectiveness. This includes maintaining job structures, managing performance appraisal systems, and fostering a strong company culture across all restaurant branches.

Job Desc :

  • Maintain and update the Organizational Chart for both HQ and branch levels.
  • ⁠Conduct job analysis to create and update Job Descriptions (JD) and Job Specifications for every role, from Head Office to Kitchen and Service staff.
  • ⁠Collaborate with related departments to ensure consistency and alignment in HR and organizational processes.
  • ⁠Assist in evaluating workload (Manpower Planning) to ensure each branch is staffed efficiently.
  • ⁠Develop and maintain KPIs/OKRs/PAs all divisions
  • ⁠Asissting HR & Development division head to meet companys goal related to OD plan/ issues

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an organisational development, change management or HR business partner role
  • ⁠Familiarity with Job Evaluation methods.
  • ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with an attentions to details
  • ⁠Proficiency in using HR analytics and data-driven approaches to drive continuous improvement
  • ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and presentations)
  • ⁠Passion for enhancing organisational culture and employee experience
