-. Minimal pendidikan D3 dari semua jurusan (SMA/SMK boleh mendaftar)
-. Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Pengawas Lapangan di project fiber optik khususnya FTTH
-. Memiliki skil komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
