Responsibilities
- Identify and establish partnerships to support voting programs.
- Manage relationships and communication with partners throughout the collaboration period.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase voting numbers.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding voting needs and execution.
- Ensure partnership activities run according to the agreed timeline and commitments.
- Monitor partnership performance and prepare collaboration reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Experience in partnership, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under targets and tight deadlines.
- Proactive, communicative, and responsible.
- Experienced in handling international markets, especially in pageant events.
