Partner Development:
- Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships with potential partners both domestically and internationally.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
- Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
- Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.
Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:
- Analyze market trends and research opportunities for new partnerships.
- Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
- Provide reports on partnership performance and status to management.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English and Korean) is preferred.
