RENOVA CLOUD is looking for a Part time-Sales Development Representative (Junior) based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, you will join our Sales & Development team to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach in the Vietnam market. With your engaging communication skills, rapport-building abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a team player mindset, you will have a direct impact on our Sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth. Key Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Commit to understanding/owning your segment (SMB Segment) becoming a trusted member of the SDR team
Generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and pipeline in greenfield accounts in Vietnam
Conduct account development best practices with email, phone, and social touchpoints using tools like Zoho, LinkedIn.
Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close meetings
Direct prospects to the field sales & technical team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Process proposals in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Support, train new team members

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/ Memberships: Non-experience/ non graduate, fresh graduate
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
