Arthur Dessert House is looking for experienced Barista or Tearista to join our team.
Job Description :
- Daily Production : Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to recipes, including coffee, tea, matcha and other beverages.
- R&D Beverages : Develop new and unique recipes, often focusing on seasonal themes or customer preferences.
- Stock Opname : Check the quality of ingredients, track inventory/supplies and maintain proper storage.
- Cashier and Payment : Manage customer transactions, including greeting, taking order, upselling until process payments by EDC, QR, e-wallet and cash.
- Maintain the cleanliness of work station, equipment and floor.
- Daily and monthly sales report to the management.
Qualifications :
- Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good manner and work ethic
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Baking and Pastry or other culinary field.
- Min 2 years experience as Barista (Coffee and non-coffee)
- Be able to adjust to different recipes, techniques, and workload demands.
- Proficient in tools and software like POS, Excel, etc
- Able to work in a team and individually.
