Responsibilities
Ensure office administrative tasks are properly prioritized and completed, including handling payroll, expenses, basic bookkeeping and petty cash handling, vendor management, government paperwork, etc.
Handle full HR functions: CV review, screening calls, interview scheduling, on/off boarding, orientation, personal development
Assist the management team as an executive assistant
Responsible for employee engagement and strengthen team spirit for our remote team through virtual activities and events
Be the key coordinator for our engineering, marketing, design, and product team to unblock them for obstacles at work
Frequently review and update/optimize operations processes, and ensure detailed documentation in written/video formats
