Job description for Operations Manager at CÔNG TY TNHH IA-DATA TECH VIETNAM
I. Key Responsibilities
- Arrange work shifts and leave schedules for the operators.
- Train and support new operators.
- Supervise and manage data quality to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize employee performance.
- Coordinate with the HR Department on attendance tracking, employee status updates, and handling related issues.
II. Requirements
- Age: 30 years old or above.
- College/University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 50 or more employees.
- Strong computer literacy and technical skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to train and lead new staff.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about IT, data, and information systems.
- Fluent in English communication.

- Salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND per month
