Job description for Operations Management trainee at Werms.Inc
- Manage day to day operations and ensure orders are fulfiled accordingly
- Keep track of production volume to foresee any potential lapse in supply
- Keep track of orders and update order status within system
- Perform QC on the production of insect-based pet feed and fertiliser
- Monitor and manage inventory, and request for procurement where necessary
- Have strong product knowledge across all our SKUs
- Strong sense of responsibility, high standards of quality and expectations
- Fine workmanship, meticulous and good with delicate hands on work
- Possess a keen eye for forecasting logistical needs and spotting potetial hiccups in the supply chain
- Loves sustainability and community building
- Plus points if you are into pets and plants or hold a class 2b/3 driving license
- Company motorcycle can be selectively provided
