Job description for Operations Intern at Marathon Education
As an Operations Intern, you will be in charge of:
- Assisting Marathon students and solving problems during classes
- Setting up timetables and following up cases between teachers and students
- Receive calls and handle them according to the given procedure
- Collect user reviews on a schedule
