Job description for Offline/Event Marketing Specialist at Jago Coffee
About the role
With Jago Coffee, we’re building a whole new consumer brand. As an offline/event marketing specialist, you will be responsible for generating company’s revenue through offline event partnership and brand positioning, as well as creating and developing community events in neighborhoods to grow our brand grass-roots style.
Responsibilities
- Increase company’s revenue through Jago Party / Event-based marketing
- Develop and strengthen the Jago Party strategy and brand positioning through event partnership
- Create and develop community events in neighborhoods to grow our brand grass-roots style
- Build relationship local community businesses to partner with and local events to showcase our brand and business concept
- Be comfortable with a hands-on environment that involves supporting end to end campaign execution
- Responsible for end to end event marketing and working closely with Operations team to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- 2+ years event management experience (offline is preferred)
- Event Organizer background is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
- Strong business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the Jago brand in a way
- A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
- Proficient in English is a plus
- Willing to work in office (Kuningan, South Jakarta)
