Location:
Decathlon Store, 1
st Floor, AEON Mall Tan Phu, Son Ky, Tan Phu, HCMC
Decathlon Store, 2
Vincom Mega Mall, D. Thao Dien/161 Vo Nguyen Giap, Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh
Working time:
- Monday to Sunday: 4 hours per shift: 9AM-1PM; 10AM-2PM; 2PM-6PM; 6PM-10PM
- Maximum 20 working hours per week.
- Flexible working time following personal schedule.
Salary:
- 35,000 VND per hour
Your task:
- Responsible for online order preparation from Decathlon website/app.
- Order receiving, picking, cashing, packing and dispatching meeting customer's expectation, on time delivery,
right product with right price.
- Coordinate with Last mile delivery to ensure the stability of the service.
- Resolve customer complaints and transfer to URM if needed.
Requirement:
- Basic English communication.
- Be able to work on weekends.

- Have a high sense of customer service and willing to try new things.
