Job description for Nhân Viên Tư vấn Du Lịch at Công Ty TNHH Du Lịch Và Dịch Vụ JA+ Việt Nam

Tư vấn và Bán hàng: Lắng nghe nhu cầu, thiết kế lịch trình (tour trọn gói hoặc tự túc), báo giá và chốt hợp đồng
Đặt dịch vụ (Booking): Liên hệ đối tác để chốt vé máy bay, phòng khách sạn, nhà hàng, xe đưa đón và vé tham quan
Hỗ trợ thủ tục: Hướng dẫn khách làm hồ sơ visa, hộ chiếu và mua bảo hiểm du lịch
Theo dõi giấy tờ, tài chính: Quản lý hợp đồng, đốc thúc thanh toán, đặt cọc và xuất hóa đơn
Giám sát và Xử lý sự cố: Theo dõi chuyến đi, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh (hoãn chuyến, thất lạc hành lý, thời tiết...)
Chăm sóc khách hàng: Nhận phản hồi sau chuyến đi, duy trì mối quan hệ để giới thiệu các dịch vụ tiếp theo.
