JOB DESCRIPTION – CASHIER
Process customer payments via cash, bank transfer, and card.
Verify bills to ensure accuracy in items, pricing, and applicable promotions.
Print receipts and issue VAT invoices upon customer request.
Manage cash at the beginning and end of each shift; perform accurate shift reconciliation.
Assist customers with inquiries related to billing and pricing.
Prepare and report shift/daily revenue to the manager.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter; ensure confidentiality of revenue information.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
Thực hiện thanh toán cho khách: tiền mặt, chuyển khoản, thẻ.
Kiểm tra hóa đơn, đảm bảo đúng món – đúng giá – đúng chương trình khuyến mãi.
In bill, xuất hóa đơn VAT khi khách yêu cầu.
Quản lý tiền mặt đầu ca – cuối ca, chốt ca chính xác.
Hỗ trợ giải đáp thắc mắc của khách liên quan đến hóa đơn, giá cả.
Báo cáo doanh thu ca/ngày cho quản lý.
Giữ quầy thu ngân gọn gàng, bảo mật thông tin doanh thu.
