Key Responsibilities｜Nhiệm vụ chính
1. Store Opening & Project Management
- R&D for store opening for multiple stores in mid- to long-term expansion plans
- Research new store location with location lists and select best vendors or partners such as real estate with negotiation
- Project management of Store Development with Gantt charts and weekly reporting
- License application and government submission
- Lập chiến lược khu vực và chiến lược mở cửa hàng dựa trên kế hoạch mở rộng trung và dài hạn
- Lập và vận hành biểu đồ Gantt để quản lý đồng thời nhiều dự án phát triển cửa hàng
- Theo dõi tiến độ khai trương, xác định rủi ro và thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục
2. Equipment Installation, Maintenance & Renewal
- Project management of renovation and fixing existing stores with Gantt charts and weekly reporting
- Manage the lifecycle of installed equipment such as kitchen equipment, fixtures, and related facilities
- Develop preventive maintenance and inspection plans
- Determine replacement timing and optimize related costs
- License renewal and government annual maintenance
- Quản lý vòng đời của các thiết bị đã lắp đặt như thiết bị bếp, nội thất và hệ thống CNTT
- Xây dựng kế hoạch bảo trì, kiểm tra định kỳ
- Xác định thời điểm thay thế và tối ưu chi phí
Requirement:
- 1 year experience in Store Development or similar experience in F&B or retail store construction
- Ability to conduct Ho-Ren-So (Report, Inform, Consult)
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm F&B hoặc cửa hàng bán lẻ
- Có khả năng làm việc theo nguyên tắc Ho-Ren-So
Language Requirements｜Yêu cầu ngôn ngữ
- Basic English
- Japanese speaking is a plus
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản, sử dụng email
- Giao tiếp tiếng Nhật là điểm cộng
Benefit/Phúc lợi:
- Working hour: 09:00-18:00, Mon to Fri
- (R&D sometimes weekend lunch and dinner onsite survey needed with compensatory leave)
- Những hoạt động nghiên cứu thị trường vào bữa trưa và bữa tối sẽ có trợ cấp.
- Salary: VND 15M (gross)
