-	Thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng theo đúng quy trình: Đăng tuyển, sàng lọc hồ sơ, sắp xếp phỏng vấn, phỏng vấn trực tiếp nhằm đảm bảo chỉ tiêu tuyển dụng đề ra.

-	Chấm công và tính lương cho nhân viên.

-	Theo dõi và làm thanh toán, tạm ứng và hoàn ứng các chi phí văn phòng.

-	Thực hiện các công tác liên quan BHXH, BHYT, BHTN - CHƯA CÓ KINH NGHIỆM SẼ ĐƯỢC ĐÀO TẠO.

-	Quản lý hồ sơ, lý lịch người lao động, soạn thảo các Thư mời nhận việc, hợp đồng lao động, quyết định bổ nhiệm, bãi nhiệm…
