Job description for NHÂN VIÊN DỊCH VỤ HÀNH KHÁCH at Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company
1. Tóm lược công việc:
- Làm thủ tục cho hành khách trong chuyến bay đi / đón chuyến bay đến, đảm bảo an ninh an toàn cho hành khách của chuyến bay đi và đến sân bay quốc tế Nội Bài.
2. Trách nhiệm chính:
- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các dịch vụ liên quan đến phục vụ hành khách và các hoạt động liên quan đến phục vụ hành lý của hành khách đi tàu bay, đối với các chuyến bay đi và / hoặc đến của VJ tại sân bay.
- Xây dựng đơn vị thông qua việc đóng góp ý kiến và thực hành các cải tiến chất lượng phù hợp với định hướng của Công ty.
- Có trách nhiệm xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp đề cao tinh thần đồng đội và trách nhiệm cá nhân. Thực hiện các công việc trên chính xác theo các quy trình, hướng dẫn của Công ty và Trung tâm một cách chuyên nghiệp.
- Làm thủ tục cho hành khách (check-in); kiểm soát hành lý (xách tay, ký gửi); mời khách sử dụng các dịch vụ gia tăng tiện ích.
- Kiểm soát hành khách, hành lý xách tay tại cửa ra tàu bay.
- Báo cáo kịp thời các bất thường (rò rỉ, rách vỡ…) của hành lý, hàng hóa đến Ca trưởng phục vụ hành khách.
1. Trình độ văn hóa:
- Sinh viên Năm 3, năm 4 hoặc đã tốt nghiệp
2. Trình độ ngoại ngữ:
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh, chứng chỉ TOEIC từ 400 điểm trở lên (hoặc các chứng chỉ tương đương) hoặc tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học chuyên ngành tiếng Anh. Đối với ứng viên chưa có chứng chỉ TOEIC, các bạn có thể trình Giấy Xác Nhận đã đăng ký thi TOEIC, nhưng phải bổ sung chứng chi sau khi có kết quả đạt phỏng vấn.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm một ngoại ngữ khác (Hoa, Nhật, Hàn v.v…)
3. Các yêu cầu khác:
- Nam, Nữ; Tuổi từ 18-40
- Nữ cao từ 1,58m và Nam cao từ 1,68m trở lên. (Đối với ứng viên có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành hoặc có chứng chỉ ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh - TOEIC trên 600 điểm / IELTS 5.5 sẽ ưu tiên xét chọn: Nữ cao từ 1,56m và Nam cao từ 1,66m.)
- Tin học: sử dụng thành thạo các ứng dụng tin học văn phòng (Words, Excel, Email, …)
